Open Houses, New Dancer Dances, and Lessons

Would you like to find out what modern western square dancing is all about? Make plans to come to our next OPEN HOUSE DANCE in September 2012 (specific date to be announced) at the Adamsville School in Bridgewater, 400 Union Ave., Bridgewater, (see map below). If you are already a square dancer and have had instruction in the Mainstream Program of Modern Western Square Dancing, perhaps you would like to learn the Plus Program (see the information below.)

On January 23, 2012 we will begin teaching the Callerlab Plus Program for those people who have already learned the Mainstream Program or who just want to improve their Plus skills. The sessions will be at Adamsville School, 400 Union Ave., Bridgewater, see map below. They will be from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm and cost $4.00/dancer. For more information and directions, see our flyer and/or contact instructor/caller Gardner Patton at 908-722-0562.

NOTE: There are no Bee Sharps dance sessions on October 10 and December 26, 2011, January 16, Feb. 20, Apr. 2, and May 28, 2012 because the school is closed.

Would you like learn to round dance? Come to our ROUND DANCE LESSONS on Thursday evenings starting in September 2011. If you have had basic instruction in Two Step, Waltz, and Cha you are welcome to attend. This year we will be continuing learning more advanced steps in those areas and adding Swing. Dances start at 7:30pm and run to 9:30. The dances are at the Milltown School in Bridgewater, half a block north of Route 22 at 611 Milltown Road. Admission is $6.00 per person. Roy Gotta is the instructor.
