~ Tennessee State Officers Dance
 Phone 615‐883‐0500 Be sure to tell them you are a Square Dancer to get this rate –I have blocked the rooms for the Flat Rock Square Dancers – Rate $ 59.99. (1‐4 persons) This includes a Full Hot Southern Breakfast Buffet –Including Sausage, Bacon, Eggs, muffins, fruit and more. The rate also includes what they call a Managers Reception from 5 PM – 7 PM. This includes a beverage of your choice, Beer, soft drink, Juice and some snack type foods, such as Nachos & Cheese and Popcorn and some fruit. Indoor Hot Tub, Fitness Center, Business center with Internet access and printer, and Wireless high speed internet. I personally have visited this motel and the rooms very nice. Saturday Afternoon 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm LUBE Session will be held Christ Lutheran Church, 299 Haywood Lane, Nashville, TN 37211 L U B E ‐ Let Us Be Educated – the subject of the meeting has not been determined at this time. I’m sure it will be very informative, make your plans to attend. The Rumor Mill What is a Square Dancer?A Square Dancer is a person who knows his left from his right, but occasionally forgets it. A Square Dancer is someone who has learned to do as he is told (by the caller), but doesn't always do it.He is fanatical in his search for a good time, traveling miles in all kinds of weather, going places he would never go otherwise, spending all night on his feet which were killing him at work, and smiling happily all the time. A Square Dancer speaks a language all his own. He calls his partner his taw, his honey, his date, darling or pretty little thing, and he promenades, sashays, weaves, circulates, dances, circles around the ring, circle or set. He learns his dancing thru and thru: right and left thru, pass thru, turn thru, step thru, barge thru - and he must be agile enough to do such unlikely things as box the gnat, shoot the star, slip the clutch, pickup up a girl or shuck the corn. If this description fits you, don't worry. Although it is practically incurable, this disease is not at all harmful, and most square dancers have a strong desire to infect other members of the community. From

competting events. You might have heard, I have moved. Well, I have, but, I am still here; on these pages anyway. I am still doing CASDA'a web page. State web page is another of my doings.
Normally if I put a flyer on CASDA's page I will put
