Chattanooga Area Square Dance Association

Some donated their time, some donated things to sell or raffle off,

some donated money and some did a combination of these

to raise money for St. Jude this year.

We had a great turnout for the St. Jude Dance hosted by East Ridge Grand Squares. This group effort raised a total of $8,000 for St. Jude's ~ such a good cause. A Special Thanks to East Ridge Grand Squares (Jesse & Lois Holt) for being the Host Club. Thanks to all the callers, cuers & line dance instructors for their help ~ Jeanette Bowen, Ray Donohoo, Roy Hawes, Sandra Herr, Paul & Pattie Henze, Joe Kelly, Wendell Longwith and Dennis McMinds. A special Thanks to all the people who gave their time, furnished trucks to pick up the auction items and to all who came and helped get set up for the silent auction. Thanks to all of the dancers that came and supported it. It's hard to beat the Square Dance Family.

5 area callers,

2 rounds cuers and 2 lines cuers

aided in the festivities.

Two Quilts were raffled off, teddy bears were sold

Silent Auction had new rugs, carpet, wicker fan chair, trampoline and other stuff to numerous to mention here.

Paul Henze was elected King of the Callers and received an award for Thirty Years of Square Dance Calling

3 Men, Jesse, Marlin and Travis, and a truck handled the Silent auction things.
