Bulletin Assembly Schedule The Bulletin is currently printed and the pages individually folded by Office Depot. On Monday evening before the Tuesday Assembly night, they are picked up and paid for. On Tuesday evening about 4:00 PM, they are delivered to the Wheat Ridge Grange, and the Assembly Crew makes ready for the volunteers. At 6:30 PM, the volunteers arrive and assemble the Bulletins. They are labeled, grouped and bagged. Then the bags are taken to the Post Office on Wednesday. If you or your club would like to volunteer to help on the regular crew, or for just one night, please call Carolyn von Goetz-Hanes at (303) 429-9222. If you receive your Bulletin more than 7 days following the Assembly Date listed below, you may file a complaint with the postal service Consumer Affairs at 1-800-275-8777. === Bulletin Assembly === Where: Wheat Ridge Grange, 3850 High Court.
