Attend all Council meetings.
If
you make a report, give a copy to the Secretary.

You
are invited to attend all Executive Board meetings.

Accept all bylaw suggestions for change or correction brought before the
Council.

Take under advisement and correctly word the specific change
as required.

Bring these changes or corrections for discussion at the
Executive Board meeting, for approval or proper presentation at the Council
meeting.

Type and print up necessary copies of these changes or
corrections for distribution to the club representatives at the Council meeting.

Present Changes or corrections as first reading
at the next Council meeting. Representatives
are instructed to return the information to their clubs, and ask for questions,
clarification or approval.

Discuss changes at the following Council meeting to be
voted on at the next Council meeting.
If changes or corrections are of a major nature or numerous enough,
check with Council Officers to determine whether a new printing is necessary, or an
insert to be held for future printing by the bylaw booklet.

Keep the bulk of the bylaw books in the possession of the Bylaw
Chairman.
