DUTIES OF DAS&RDC HISTORIAN

1.       Keep scrapbook updated with clippings and pictures pertinent to square and round dancing.

2.       Request items from Council Reps: clippings and/or pictures, with names and dates.

3.       Scrapbooks should be displayed at Council meetings.

4.       When new scrapbook is needed, it is the responsibility of the Historian to obtain same.  Expense to be reimbursed by Council Treasurer.

5.       Notify incoming President of any expected expenditures for the following year.  This should be done by June, each year.

6.       If a report is given at a Council meeting, a copy is to be given to the Secretary.
