9.       determine requirements for bonding and send letter identifying new officers and amount of bond to bonding company, which at present is RSA.

10.  request renewal or change to the float trailer insurance, which is presently with RSA.

11.  request renewal or change to the Bulletin property insurance, presently with RSA.

12.  forward all bills for insurance to the Treasurer, after insuring that they are correct; follow up within a couple of weeks, to be sure the bills have been paid.

13.  serve as liaison with the claimant, the club involved and the insurance company for any claims.

14.  maintain a file of insurance records for at least five years.

15.  provide insurance carrier with one copy of Summer BULLETIN.
