DUTIES OF DAS&RDC JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP CHAIRMAN

Shall:

1.       purchase (to be reimbursed by Council Treasurer) carnations for each Club First Lady for Presidents' Night.  (Information can be obtained from Bulletin Club Membership list).

2.       assist Senior membership in any possible way.

3.       report at the September and October Council meetings that it is dues paying time.  In November, remind all Reps that any club not having dues paid, by November 30th, will lose all Council benefits, such as Club listing in front of Bulletin and the printing of newsletters.  In November read names of clubs in jeopardy of losing their benefits.

4.       collect voting cards at end of meeting.

5.       have "Club Visitor" cards available at each Council meeting. Receive and verify that they have danced with 75% of member square dance clubs.  Present badge at future Council meeting.  Update list of persons completing the card.
