DUTIES OF DAS&RDC NATIONAL PUBLICITY CHAIRMAN 1. Shall keep Council informed of the city and dates that the National Square Dance Convention is to be held. Keep a supply of preregistration forms for the National Convention for Reps to take to their clubs, so that club members can preregister. Get on the National Convention mailing list, to receive monthly newsletters. Condense report for Council meeting with a full written report, to be published in the Bulletin. A copy of Council report is to be given to Secretary. 2. Sources of information: National Squares 2936 Bella Vista Midwest City, OR 73110 Subscription rate $4.00 per year for four issues. 3.
