DUTIES OF DAS&RDC SUNSHINE & SHADOWS CHAIRMAN
1. Send cards out for Sympathy, Get Well, Congratulations, and Thinking of you. 2. Give a report to Council members, of all cards sent. 3. Give a copy of the report to the Secretary and to the Bulletin Editor to be published. 4. Inform Council Reps. and other members about the importance of letting the Sunshine & Shadows person know who needs a card. Please have the recipients address handy. 5. Expenses must be receipted and given to the Council Treasurer for payment. 6. Keep a supply of cards on hand for convenience. 7. A co-chairman is advisable, so the cards can be sent out in a timely basis. Revised 9/10/03 close this window |
