Circle & Swing
Circle N’ Swing square dance club sponsors both beginning square dance lessons and easy level round dance lessons.  Classes start in mid September 2007 and continue through March 2008. 
The lessons are held on Sunday afternoons at the Senior Center, 820 Main Streetin Sandpoint. 
The first square dance class is September 9th from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. 
Round dance classes begin September 16th at 3:15 p.m. 
Bring your family and your friends and join us for a fun afternoon.  All classes are free through September 16th. 
Beginning September 23, 2007, the cost per person is $2.00 for square dance lessons and $3.00 for round dance lessons.  However, if you sign up for both square and round dance lessons, the total cost is only $4.00 per person.  For more information, please feel free to contact a club member listed on the other side of this flyer.

Coeurly Q’s dance at the Harding Center, 411 N 15^th Street, Coeur d’ Alene, the 1st Saturday of each month.
We have done demo dances at Harding Center, Bestland Retirement Community, Rockin’B Ranch, as well as at the North Idaho Fair, Dalton Gardens Picnic, & the Hayden Days Festival.
We are having great success with lessons. Ed Schiffner is teaching Line dancing, Square dancing, and Round dancing all on Sundays at the Dalton City Hall.
You may have noticed by now that the ladies are also wearing a new Travel Dance Skirt and are traveling twice a month.

September 17, 2008
The 2008 Jamboree with Adam Christman and Lorrie Lane was very successful.  A heartfelt thanks go to Rosanne Decker and Randy Pound for a job well done in co-hosting this year’s Jamboree.  I would like to personally thank those who helped in preparing the grounds, especially the Decker family who make it so enjoyable.  There were many others involved with the Jamboree, and Kudos goes to all of you who participated. 

Square dance lessons will start this Sunday, September 21, 2008 at the JewelLakeBarn.  There will be a potluck dinner at 5 P.M.with lessons from 6-8 P.M.  The first lesson will be free with $4.00 per lesson for adults thereafter and $2.00 for those under age 16.  Don McPeak is the caller instructor.  Hopefully everyone will bring a buddy to lessons.  Round dance lessons start on October 5th from 4-6 P.M. with Theresa Nichols as the instructor.  Beginning waltz round dance will be taught this year.  More information can be obtained from a leaflet at lessons. 
Our first dance of the season will be on October 18th with Ed Schiffner calling and cueing.  See you dancing.
