The Idaho Federation by-laws state that each area will be notified 90 days prior to the month that it is that area's turn to make the ROM selection. The selection will be sent to the corresponding secretary 60 days prior to the month of selection and all federation officers, area representatives and callers/quers will be notified. A copy of the round dance instructions will also be posted in the Tattler.
