Jeanette’s Bio:

Dance – For The Health Of It!!! (Jeanette’s theme/motto)

Jeanette is a line dance instructor based in the Chattanooga, TN Area. Jeanette has two line dance clubs she calls her own, is a guest instructor for various organizations and does private parties as well.

Jeanette is a nationally accredited Line Dance Instructor with the Country Western National Teacher's Association (NTA), a Certified Personal Trainer, YMCA, (for about five years), a Certified Group Fitness Instructor (International Fitness Trainers of America[IFTA]) for over twenty (20) years. Jeanette has also been a Weight Watchers Leader for a number of years.

As is evident, her passion is fitness, and line dancing is one way that she has been able to reach out to yet another group of individuals to promote fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Line dancing is an activity in which anyone can get involved; whether old or young, male or female, married or single, whether you have a lot of time or a little time – line dancing is for you. All you need is a comfortable pair of shoes, a bottle of water, and a SMILE!!

Jeanette’s classes are fun, high-energy classes, filled with smiles, fun, and laughter. They are a wonderful way to get and stay in shape and not even realize it because you are having such fun. Not only is line dancing good for cardiovascular and muscular exercise, but it is also just as beneficial mentally. Research has shown that activities such as line dancing slow down the progression of dementia and Alzheimer-type disease. And, of course, there is the great socialization that comes with the activity. Dancers are GREAT people, and everyone has a wonderful time. No matter what your mood when you arrive, you will leave with a smile on your face.

Fun AND Fitness – You can’t beat it!!
