Monthly Club News. - Member clubs can submit a news item each month.   It can be emailed to Webmaster.MCSRDC@hotmail.com    The email needs to include month news and the name of the member club.   Please put Club News in the subject of the email.

Michigan Calendar - Member clubs can submit club events to be placed on the Michigan Calendar.    Items can be emailed to Calendar.MCSRDC@hotmail.com    The member club name,  exact date, start & stop time and a description of the event.   If the event occurs multiple dates you can send the information and a list of exact dates.

Michigan Dance Flyers - Member clubs can put flyers of club events on the website.      Flyers can be emailed to Webmaster.MCSRDC@hotmail.com    The flyers are placed on the web as PDF files.   If you cannot create PDF file you can email it in MW Word, MW Publisher, Print Shop documents    These and maybe a few other document types can be converted into PDF.    Please include the member club name and put Dance Flyer in the subject of the email.

Council Membership form - A new membership form must be completed and submitted along with the dues each year.    All club information for the web is taken from this form.   Any information that needs to be changed must be submitted on the form.   You can click here to download a form.    The form can be completed on your computer, printed and mailed to:

Class Financial Assistance - Member clubs can request Financial Assistance with mainstream classes.   Here are the Guidelines for the request.

Club Insurance - Clubs that belong to the Michigan Council can obtain insurance through the United Square Dancers of America.     Click here for the 2010 instructions.  The USDA website contains information about the USDA Dancer Insurance Program.
