· Do people need to come with a partner?

No, Singles are welcome, In fact last year we had more men than women!

We encourage everyone to come to our dances, if they can.

· What is the cost of lessons, how many classes are included?

Our beginner lessons go for 20 weeks, from Sept thru February,

almost every Sunday afternoon, from 6 to 8 pm.

It’s $100 for 20 lessons per person. That’s $5 for each lesson.

Hey, that’s a good deal, you get lessons, friends, and refreshments!

· What is the difference between round dance and square dance lessons?

Visit a dance and see!

· Do you charge separately for each, do you give a discount for both?

Actually we discourage you from taking both set of lessons at the same time.

It's easier to learn one thing at a time.

But hey, there are exceptions.

· What’s with the outfit, is it like… mandatory?

You wear casual clothes for lessons. Always wear comfortable shoes!

Alot of square dancers like to wear the short skirts and petticoats,

but hey, it’s not mandatory!

Several of us are not into the petticoats, so we wear long skirts.

There are alot of nice recycled clothes available at many of the clubs.

We ask our ladies to wear skirts and men to wear long sleeved shirts.

We wear casual attire during the summer.

But hey, every one has fun dressing up!
