History

Silver Dollar Squares was organized from Jerry & Leah Linduff's 1998 Summer Square Dance class. The Graduation and the Kickoff Dance was held on September 14, 1998 at the West Side Lions Hall (4135 NW 10th). Silver Dollar Squares now dances every MONDAY NIGHT at Heartland Hall located at b1345 SW 30^th (30^th and Indiana betw3een Penn and Western off SW 29^th). (Workshop at 7:30 p.m. and Grand March at 8 p.m.) Silver Dollar Squares was voted into the Central District Square Dance Association and the Oklahoma State Square Dance Federation at Central District Square Dance Association's 1998 Fall Conclave in Elk City, Oklahoma.
