Meow! Marilyn is busy right now so she asked me to write the Swing Thru’s news for this month. This is Snowball, Marilyn’s cat. One of my favorite activities is to test the automatic garage door to make sure that the reverse mechanism still works as I charge out the door between the house and the garage as Marilyn enters the house. Hopefully Marilyn will not figure out to completely close the door BEFORE she opens the door to the house. Marilyn doesn’t let me come to the Swing Thru’s dances, but I’m pretty cleaver so I know what is going on. Swing Thru’s are preparing for Christmas and are planning to carol at a Nursing Home. I thought that I would share some of my favorite Christmas Carols with you. |

Well, here’s Marilyn. … Not sure I can match Snowball’s whit, but I can tell you that Swing Thru’s are planning a wonderful holiday dance this year and I hope that you can join us. The dance will be at the Victory Grange located just South of I-70 and Tower Road. This dance on December 6, 2002 will feature the calling and cueing talents of our own Jim and Betty Falk. They recently attended caller’s college and can really keep the floor dancing. At this dance, we plan to have our new dance cards for 2003 available. Please pick one up and plan to join us often in the next year. The dog next door asked me to share with you a list of his favorite carols. |
