See our Float November is a busy month. We are happy to wrap up the Elections early this month. We were there in the beginning with all of the candidates at the Gateway to the Rockies parade in September. The theme of the parade was Aurora Renaissance, and the theme of our float was King Greig and his Square Dance Court. The Council float was transformed into a castle with Turrets and jousting rams. With King Greig at the wheel and Jim & Betty (in Renaissance garb) at the mike, we made a great showing. Seeing Gil with long red curly hair was a site to behold. The judges agreed we were spectacular and awarded us with Third place and a $200 prize. |

| We have completed our annual maintenance on the wonderful floor at the Victory Grange and are ready for some wonderful dancers. We start out the month honoring our Past Presidents with Brian Deibert and Ty Rotruck on the mike and all of you on the dance floor on November 7, 2003. Our next dance is Friday, November 21, 2003 and will feature the calling of Lanny Weakland and the cueing of Bob Langon. It is really easy to find the Grange, just take I-70 east to Tower road, and head South for just a few blocks. The Grange will be on your right at 2025 Tower Road. |
| We will be celebrating Thanksgiving at the end of the month. We are thankful for all of our wonderful Square Dance friends. In closing, I would like to share with you one of my favorite recipes. |
